        Product Introduction

        The four-quadrant shore power inverter power supply consists of inverter, input transformer and output transformer, which outputs different levels of voltage and frequency to supply power to ships docked in harbor. The company has developed 100kVA, 200kVA, 400kVA, 630kVA, 800kVA, 1000kVA, 1600kVA, 2000kVA series of shore power inverter power supply products, which can meet the user's needs of low-voltage on board and high-voltage on board.



        Product Features

        (1) The core controller in the inverter power supply adopts dual CPU architecture controller;

        (2) Adopting IGBT inverter technology and selecting the special variable voltage and frequency conversion unit for shore power of ships;

        (3) It has high reliability and redundancy ability, and has been reliably applied in domestic dock shore power;

        (4) The power unit components are of modularized design, which is convenient to be extracted, moved and transformed from the rack, and all the units are interchangeable, easy to dismantle/install and easy to maintain, allowing flexible arrangements for the maintenance of the variable-frequency power supply and the replacement of faulty modules;

        (5) The equipment and system provided must meet the short-circuit capacity required for short-circuiting of marine loads. Able to output stable voltage and frequency under loads of various natures, including capacitive, inductive and mixed loads;

        (6) In the process of implementing the connection, withdrawal and conversion with the ship's power supply requires the ship not to lose power to achieve seamless switching, with the option of synchronized grid connection and load transfer from the ship side or the power supply side, and with inverse power protection and processing functions;

        (7) With three-phase voltage imbalance adaptive capability, allowing three-phase unbalanced operation, the unbalance degree of the inverter power supply should meet the relevant standards of marine shore power, three-phase load imbalance greater than 25% can still be a stable output;

        Adopting forced air-cooling mode, the cooling fan adopts high-quality cooling fan, which can be operated continuously for more than 2 years without failure, and the average failure-free time of each cooling fan is greater than the average failure-free time of the frequency converter itself.
