Product Introduction
The cable management equipment in the shore power
supply system, which is installed on the ship, provides a flexible and
convenient way to connect the shore power box for the port. When the ship
leaves the port, the cable management system will neatly collect and store the
connected cables on the cable management system for backup. When shore power is
needed, put the socket of the cable to the shore side, and the power is
transmitted to the electrical equipment on board through the large capacity
slip ring assembly of the equipment.

5) The cable management system has the function of
excessive cable-release alarm. When the remaining loop number is less than 2
laps, the shore-based circuit breaker can be cut off urgently. When the cable
is released excessively, and the remaining cable rings are 3 laps, the system
will issue a sound and optical alarm; when the remaining cable rings are 2
laps, the system will issue a sound and optical alarm and cut off the
shore-based circuit breaker immediately.
6) With the fault alarm function, when the cable
management system has abnormal fault (motor overload, rolling fault, torque
abnormal, frequency converter fault, etc.), the fault signal or value will be
uploaded to the shore power management system.
7) With the function of torque restriction. When the
frequency conversion motor or system fails, the hysteresis coupling can ensure
that the cable can be pulled out smoothly, instead of being stuck on the reel
resulting in pulling accident.
